PRE-ORDERS
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and order details before purchasing.
When premade inventory sells out, eligible orders may be fulfilled as pre-orders.
Pre-order items have an estimated 3-week production and processing period beginning from the date the website or product drop closes, not from the date the individual order was placed.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree to this production timeline.
Production and processing estimates are provided in good faith but may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
ORDER PROCESSING
Premade, in-stock items typically ship within 3–12 business days.
Processing time may include order verification, packaging, quality checks, and preparation for shipment.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped through USPS unless otherwise stated.
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by USPS, the package is in the carrier’s possession.
Delivery times provided by USPS are estimates and are not guaranteed by us.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, service interruptions, lost packages, or damage occurring while a package is in transit with USPS, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Customers should retain their tracking information and shipping confirmation in case a carrier investigation is required.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your name, apartment or unit number, street address, city, state, and ZIP code carefully before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for delays, returned shipments, or packages delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.
