Shipping policy

Please allow 3–12 business days for processing, verification, and shipment of pre-made, in-stock items.

Once our premade stock sells out, remaining orders will be fulfilled as pre-orders. Pre-order items have an estimated 3-week production and processing period beginning from the date the website/drop closes — not from the date your order was placed.

For example, if you place a pre-order several days before the website closes, the 3-week production period will still begin once the website/drop has officially closed.

Please note that the 3-week timeframe is an estimated production and processing period. Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery time will depend on USPS.

All orders are shipped through USPS. Once your package has been accepted and scanned by USPS, tracking information will be provided. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs while a package is in transit with USPS. Please keep your shipping confirmation and tracking information in case further investigation is required.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
