By consenting to NEVERLEAVINGHEAVEN’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS and/or text messages from and on behalf of NEVERLEAVINGHEAVEN at the mobile number you provided.
Messages may include service-related communications such as order updates, alerts, and account information, as well as promotional communications such as product releases, promotions, special offers, and cart reminders.
Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from NEVERLEAVINGHEAVEN. Participation in the program is voluntary.
NEVERLEAVINGHEAVEN does not charge for the Service. However, message and data rates imposed by your wireless carrier may apply. Message frequency varies. Please contact your wireless carrier for information regarding your mobile plan and any applicable charges.
You may opt out of the Service at any time by replying STOP to any applicable message from NEVERLEAVINGHEAVEN or by using an unsubscribe option provided in the message, where available. You may receive a one-time confirmation message after opting out. After your opt-out request is processed, you will no longer receive messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again.

We may change the telephone number, short code, or other sender identification used to operate the Service. If this occurs, messages sent to a previously used number or sender may no longer be received.
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You are responsible for providing a valid mobile number. If your mobile number changes, you may need to subscribe to the Service again using your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NEVERLEAVINGHEAVEN will not be responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of messages or information sent through the Service, errors contained in such messages, or actions taken or not taken in reliance on the Service.
